BTS B-25 Mitchell

August 2021. The Thunder Over Michigan airshow was back after a two year COVID hiatus. This years theme was highlighting the B25 Mitchell. Prior to the public opening of the gates, I was fortunate to have access to the flight line with the B25’s parked for statics. A rain had come through several hours before I arrived but the tarmac was still wet. Taking into account what I had to work with, a decent sky, wet tarmac and flat even light, I decided to get low and use the mirror reflection to my advantage.
